Africa Prudential announces retirement of Fumbi Chima as Non-Executive Director

Africa Prudential Plc has given notice to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), its shareholders and the investing public, of the retirement of Dr Mrs Funmibi (Fumbi) Chima, as an Independent Non – Executive Director of the Company with effect from January 1, 2024.

The Board of Directors of the Company expressed its sincere gratitude to Dr Chima for her outstanding commitment and contributions to the Company and wish her the very best in all her future endeavors.
