Living Trust Mortgage Bank announces resignation of a director

Living Trust Mortgage Bank Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange and the investing public of the voluntary resignation of Mr. Michael Omolaja as a Non-Executive Director of the Bank.

Until his resignation, Mr. Omolaja was an Independent Non-Executive Director who served as the Chairman of the Board Investment and Credit Committee. He resigned in order to pursue other personal interests. The resignation of Mr. Omolaja was accepted by the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting of Friday, 20th of January, 2023.
