Adeleke halts proposed PPP deal at Ilesa College of Health Technology

Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has ordered the board and management of the Osun State College of Health Technology, Ilesa, to halt the processing of a proposed public-private partnership (PPP) involving the college’s land.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, his spokesperson, Mallam Olawale Rasheed, said the governor’s decision followed a review of the agreement with the private sector partner, which was deemed unfair and not in the best interests of the college or the state.

Governor Adeleke directed that the proposed PPP arrangement be discontinued, emphasizing that the government would instead focus on internally addressing the accommodation needs of the college.
