NEM Insurance concludes Share Reconstruction exercise

NEM Insurance Plc says it has concluded its share reconstruction exercise. This is contained in a notice to the investing public yesterday.

The nominal share value of NEM Insurance Plc’s shares is now N1.00

The trading suspension which was hitherto placed on the shares of the Company has now been lifted effective from Wednesday, 29 December 2021 and the Company’s shares can now be traded.
