Lagos Board dissolution: Heads of parastatals to remain-Bello

The Lagos State Government has said that the recent dissolution of boards of its various parastatals does not affect  heads and chief executives of the government agencies.

According to  a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Mr Tunji Bello on Wednesday in Lagos,

the government stated that  the State House of Assembly Commission was also exempted from the dissolution directive.

“The clarification had become necessary because of different wrong interpretations given to the media announcement of the dissolution,” the statement said.

The State Civil Service Commission, Judicial Service Commission and the State Independent Electoral Commission were exempted from the directive
