Nnamdi Kanu files fresh N20bn suit against Malami

A Federal High Court sitting in Umuahia, Abia State, on Wednesday, ordered the federal government to return Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), to Kenya.

The federal government had extradited the IPOB leader to Nigeria from the East African country in June 2021.

The court also ordered the government to pay Kanu the sum of N500 million as damages for his illegal abduction and violation of his fundamental human rights.

    Where did Kenya complained to the court and or petitioned that they need wanted and desired the presence of the fugitive cowed coward Kanu in their country?

    THE CRASS HEAD JUDGES IN Umahia HAVE CLEARLY SHOWN THAT THEY ARE SYMPATHETIC TO THE COURSE HELL BENT ON DECIMATING Nigeria, therefore opened themselves up for crucial scrutiny.
