Unveiling Nigerian who plays For Germany U20

Hoffenheim  central  defender who is of  Nigerian descent  Kevin
Akpoguma will be on parade for his country of birth Germany,
co-incidentally   Nigeria and Germany will slug it out for a place in
the quarterfinals of the on-going  FIFA U20 World Cup in New Zealand
on Thursday.
The 20-year-old central defender, who is the captain on the Germany
U20 plays a commanding role right in the heart of the  defence line,
Kevin  will be the major challenger for a  quarter-final ticket
against Musa Mohammed  captained  Flying Eagles side in the round of
16 game  on June  10 in Christchurch.
The youngster is a big defender with an imposing figure, very pacy and
possesses good footballing techniques ,with an intimidating height of
1.92 metres about (6’4in) standing above six feet.
He  currently plies his trade for Bundesliga b side Fortuna Dusseldorf
as the young lad signed a two-year loan  deal in may  and has  equally
played all the matches for Germany so far in this competition with a
goal to show for it  against Uzbekistan.
He has started building a good foundation for himself  in the German
game as he has represented Germany  in all their youth teams , he has
played for them at U16, U17, U18 and U19 levels before teaming  up
with the under 20 side currently in New-Zealand.
However, Kelvin Akpoguna is still eligible to don the green white
green of Nigeria at the senior level if he so desires.
