Osun NUP hails OHIS for installing borehole at state secretariat

The Osun State chapter of the Nigeria Union of Pensioners (NUP) has commended the Osun State Health Insurance Scheme (OHIS) for providing a motorised borehole for the union’s state secretariat in Kolabalogun, Osogbo.

The appreciation was conveyed in a letter jointly signed by NUP State Chairman, Alhaji Ismaila Odefisayo, and Secretary, Comrade Dele Aina, on Wednesday.

Describing the gesture as timely and long-lasting, the union said the borehole would significantly improve facilities at the secretariat.

The pensioners also expressed gratitude to OHIS for its various initiatives under Governor Ademola Adeleke’s administration, particularly in advancing healthcare schemes for retirees.

The letter further urged the state government to consider other outstanding requests aimed at enhancing the welfare of retirees across Osun State.
