JUST IN: Nigeria beat South Africa on penalties to reach AFCON final

The Super Eagles of Nigeria have defeated the Bafana Bafana of South Africa to reach the final of the ongoing Africa Nations Cup.

The Nigerian team got the better of their South African opponents 4-2 on penalties as nothing could separate the two sides after 120 minutes of football.

The match ended 1-1 after 120 minutes.

Nigeria will face either hosts, Ivory Coast or Congo in the final.
