I live like a poor man, Kizz Daniel declares

Renowned Nigerian singer Kizz Daniel has said that he lives like a poor man after coming into the realization that chasing money shouldn’t always be the focus.

The award-winning artiste said this on social media, saying that many wealthy folks live in sadness despite their riches.

“Why when money come, happiness dey always comot?” he pondered, advising fans and followers to look past the fake love and happiness often portrayed online.

A netizen reacted to the post by saying, “So in other words you are saying money doesn’t bring happiness?? But you’re chasing it every blessed day.”

In his response, Kizz Daniel clarified that he lives like a poor man and that money chases him, not vice versa.

“Lol … I still live like a poor man every day. Na money dey chase me instead.

“Guys, I’m not saying don’t chase money, I’m just saying with money comes problems. People wey get am no go tell una the truth cuz they want to feel superior,” he said.
