Former Lagos State Commissioner of Police and Tiv leader, Alhaji Abubakar Tsav, has passed on.
His Personal Assistant, Torkuma Uke who confirmed his death to newsmen in Makurdi, said died at the Federal Medical Centre in Makurdi on Monday after a brief illness. He was aged 81
