5 killed, 46 injured in fresh Boko Haram attack in Maiduguri

At least five persons were killed while 46 others sustained varying degrees of injuries in a suicide attack at Muna Garage in Maiduguri, Borno state capital on Saturday.

Usman Kachala, director of rescue operations of the state management emergency agency, said two suicide bombers struck around 8pm on Saturday.

“The injured victims were taken to the State Specialist Hospital for medical attention,”Kachala said.
Kachala added that two of the deceased died while on admission in the hospital.

Many people were killed at Muna Garage last year.
