Sa’adu Jijji, Abiodun Adigun get top executive roles at Access Holdings subsidiaries

Access Holdings Plc has announced the appointment of Sa’adu Jijji as Chief Executive Officer of Access ARM Pensions and Abiodun Adigun as Managing Director of Oxygen X Finance Company Limited, its digital lending subsidiary.

The financial services group disclosed the appointments in a regulatory filing on Thursday, noting that both appointments have received the necessary regulatory approvals.

Chairman of Access Holdings Plc, Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, said the new leadership appointments reflect the company’s strategy of strengthening its executive capacity as it transitions “from scale to value.”

He said the group is focused on building a stronger leadership pipeline across its businesses to drive execution, innovation, governance, and long-term value creation.

Sa’adu Jijji is an experienced financial services executive with more than 20 years’ experience spanning pension fund administration, investment management, actuarial consulting, and corporate strategy.

He previously held senior positions at firms including Premium Pension Limited, Alexander Forbes Consulting Actuaries Nigeria, and Pension Alliance Limited, where he served as acting managing director and CEO. In that role, he supervised pension assets exceeding N1.2 trillion while driving operational efficiency, compliance, and growth.

Access ARM Pensions said his appointment aligns with efforts to strengthen its position in the pension industry and deepen customer confidence, investment performance, and stakeholder value.

Jijji holds an MBA from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and a degree in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University.

Abiodun Adigun brings over two decades of experience in financial services, with expertise in business development, sales leadership, credit, customer experience, and organisational transformation.

He holds an MBA from China Europe International Business School in Shanghai and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a member of the Institute of Sales and Marketing UK.

Adigun has completed executive training programmes in digital leadership and transformation at institutions including Imperial College London and Singapore Management University.

Oxygen X Finance Company Limited said his appointment is aimed at accelerating growth, innovation, and digital lending expansion within the group’s financial services ecosystem.
