Naira strengthens 0.14% to $/N362.40 at Investors’ Forex Window

The Naira strengthened 0.14 per cent to N362.40 against the Dollar at the Investors and Exporters (I&E) FX window on Wednesday.
The local currency at the I&E FX window opened at N362.45, traded high at N364.00 and eventually closed at N362.40 representing a 0.14 per cent appreciation against the previous day’s position.
Investors exchanged a total of $244.40 million was transacted through the I&E window.
The Naira exchange rate remain unchanged to close at N306.95/$1 as against the previous day’s position.
At the parallel and interbank market the Naira closed flat at N360/USD and N306.95/USD respectively.
