Naira gains 0.15% to $/N362.61 at Investors’ Forex Market

The Naira appreciated 0.15 per cent to N362.61 at the Investors and Exporters (I&E) FX window on Thursday.

The local currency opened at N362.506 at the I&E forex window, traded high at N363.75 and eventually closed at N362.61 representing a 0.15 per cent appreciation against yesterday’s position.

A total of $268.37 million was transacted through the I&E window.
At the parallel market, the cash and transfer rates remained stable at N359.00/$ and N363.00/$ respectively.

The Naira was stable at N307 at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) official forex window.
