Ecobank declares 0.16 US cents to shareholders for FY 2025

Ecobank Transnational Incorporated Plc has proposed a final dividend of 0.16 US cents to shareholders for the year ended 31 December 2025. This is equivalent to N2.21 per share.

The proposed dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval; and will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members at the close of business on 12 June 2026.

The financial institution reported Gross Earnings (Turnover) of N4.883 trillion for the 12-month period, up by 16.04% from N4.208 trillion Gross Earnings reported the previous year.

Profit after tax of N904.71 billion was reported for the 12 months period, up by 22.94% from N735.897 profit reported the previous year.

The earnings per share (EPS) of Ecobank Transnational Incorporated stands at N25.58.

At the share price of N46, the P/E ratio of Ecobank stands at 2.18x with earnings yield of 45.97%.

The Qualification date is on 12th of June 2026. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 15 to 19 June 2026 all inclusive. Payment date is on June 30, 2026.
