The Code of Conduct Bureau on Saturday disclosed that President Mohammadu Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo have declared their assets.

In a statement made available to memebers of the press, the CCB said that it received the form of declaration of assets from the president and his vice separately on May 28.

According to the Code of Conduct Bureau, Presideent Buhari and Vice President Osinbajo had only fulfilled part of the Nigerian Constitution in Chapter VI Section 140, that a person elected to the office of President shall not begin to perform the functions of that office until he has declared his assets and liabilities as prescribed in the Constitution.
