Charles Dokubo, ex-presidential amnesty boss is dead 

Prof. Charles Dokubo, former coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), has reportedly died.

Prof Dokubo died on Wednesday evening after a brief illness family sources said.

Dokubo was born in Abonnema, Akuku Toru Local government of Rivers state on the 23rd of March 1952.
