The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has announced plans to host its inaugural Aspirants Dinner as part of efforts to strengthen internal unity and deepen engagement with party stakeholders ahead of future political activities.

The event, scheduled for Monday, May 25, 2026, will be hosted by the National Leader of the party, Henry Seriake Dickson, at the A Class Event Center located along Kashim Ibrahim Way, Maitama/Wuse 2, Abuja.

According to a statement issued by the party’s National Secretary, Ikenna Morgan Enekweizu, the dinner is expected to bring together screened aspirants and selected stakeholders on the platform of the party.

Enekweizu said the gathering would provide an opportunity for the party leadership to interact with members and supporters who have continued to contribute to the growth and expansion of the NDC across Nigeria and in the diaspora.

He noted that the initiative forms part of the party’s broader vision of building what he described as “one true united and closely knit family” where every member feels valued and included.

The party also stated that attendance at the dinner would be strictly by invitation.
