Smart Adeyemi floors Dino Melaye at election petition tribunal

The Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Lokoja, the Kogi State capital, has upholds Smart Adeyemi’s election as Senator for Kogi West senatorial District. It dismissed the petition by Dino Melaye and the Peoples Democratic Pary (PDP).
The three judges of the tribunal were unanimous that the petitioners failed to prove their case.
