The Public Relations Consultants Association of Nigeria (PRCAN), will on Tuesday, April 28, 2015,  host its inaugural  Monthly Breakfast Meeting.
PRCAN is an umbrella body of PR consultancy firms in Nigeria, legally chartered by a Bye Law of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), to cater to the interests of the consultancy side of PR practice in Nigeria.
The Meeting will have the Corporate Affairs Adviser of Nigerian Breweries Plc, Kufre Ekanem, speak on the topic: “Culture: The Next PR Frontier” as the  Special Guest Speaker.
According to the President of PRCAN, John Ehiguese, the breakfast meeting is a networking platform for its members to interact and share ideas.
“The PRCAN Monthly Breakfast Meeting was conceived as a forum for our members to interact and share ideas with senior executives on the Client side. As PR consultants, we invariably work for clients, and there are issues in client relationship which come up from time to time, and which may not be adequately addressed in the course of our day-to-day work.
“The Breakfast Meeting provides a platform for such issues to be discussed in a quasi-formal atmosphere, and in such a way that enables us, not only to see things from the client’s perspective, but also to learn from each others’ experiences. The Breakfast Meeting, which will be a monthly event, will be attended by senior agency executives, and will feature a Guest Speaker who has the liberty of choosing a topic to speak on. After that there will be a general discussion session.”
