Osimhen reportedly cleared to join teammates in Bouake ahead of South Africa clash

Victor Osimhen, Super Eagles first choice striker, has been reportedly been cleared by the team’s medical doctor to join his teammate in Bouake for the clash against South Africa in the ongoing Africa Nations Cup on Wednesday.
Sources in Abidjan said Osimhen is on his way to Bouake after being declared fit by the medical team.
Business Hallmark has reported that the Napoli forward missed the Super Eagles trip to Bouake, the venue of the semi-final clash with South Africa, after suffering abdominal discomfort.
Doctors were said to be examining him for to ascertain fitness level before allowing him to make the trip.
The 25-year-old has started in all of Super Eagles’ five matches in Cote d’Ivoire, scoring one goal and chalking up one assist.
