Inflation rate drops to 11.08 percent in July – NBS
Latest figures from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) have shown that average change in the prices of foods and services reduced in July compared to June.
According to the NBS figures, Headline Inflation reduced to 11.08 percent in July from 11.22 percent in June.
The Food Inflation on the other hand, reduced from 13.56 per cent in June to 13.39 per cent in July while the Core Inflation reduced from 8.84 percent in June to 8.80 percent in July.
