The Chief of Staff to Osun state governor, Alhaji Kazeem Akinleye, has joined other Ede indigenes to condole with the Special Adviser to the governor on Chieftaincy matters, Hon. Akintunde Akindere, Timi of Ede, Oba Munirudeen Lawal and the entire Ede people over the demise of Sheik Isiak Akindere.

Akinleye in a condolence message issued and personally signed also commiserated with the state governor, Ademola Adeleke, all Ede indigenes home and abroad over the lost of a rare gem in the town.

He described Sheik Akindere as a renowned Islamic scholar who has impacted on the lifes of so many people both in Ede and the state at large.

Akinleye said for decades, Al Sheik Isiak Akindere impacted positively on people’s lives.
He described the Ede born Islamic scholar as a kind soul who always sought for succur for his people.

Akinleye prayed for the repose of the soul of the deceased, urging the family left behind to emulate the good gesture of the late Sheik.

He commiserated specially with Hon. Akintunde Akindere for the lost of his father, urging him to take heart and continue on the good legacy left behind by his father.

He said, the late Sheik has came, saw, fought and conquered.

” I, on behalf of my family condoled with the Akindere family of Ede, Timi of Ede,the executive governor of the state, and all Ede Indigenes both home and diaspora for lost of the great sheik, Isiak Akindere, I prayed for God almighty Allah to repose his soul, and grant him aljanat fridaos “
