Naira weakens 0.05% at Investors’ Forex Window

The Naira exchange declined by 0.05 per cent to N361.99 against the dollar on Wednesday at Investors and Exporters (I&E) FX window opened as the Presidential Election Tribunal validated President Muhammedu Buhari February 2019 election.
The currency at opened at N361.95 I&E Forex Window, traded high at N363.00 and eventually closed at N361.99 representing a 0.05 per cent depreciation against yesterday’s position.
A total of $174.59 million was transacted through the I&E window.
At the parallel and interbank market the Naira closed flat at N360/USD and N306.85/USD respectively.
