BREAKING: Fintiri Defects from PDP to APC

Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State has formally resigned from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and joined the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

In a statewide broadcast on Friday, the governor confirmed that he defected alongside members of his cabinet and other key PDP officials in the state.

Fintiri explained that his decision was driven by what he described as the overall developmental interest of the people of Adamawa State, stressing that the move would better position the state for progress and stronger collaboration with the Federal Government.
