Samuel Chukwueze nominated for La Liga Player of the Month

Samuel Chukwueze, Villareal and Nigerian forward, has been nominated for La Liga Player of the Month for March.

This followed Chukwueze’s impressive performance for the Yellow Submarine.

Villarreal picked seven points from three La Liga games in the month, with the 23-year-old assisting three of the six goals scored by the club in March.

Six other players were also nominated for the award.

The other nominees are Antione Griezmann, David Silva, Raphinha, Iago Aspas and Borja Iglesias.
