The Oyo Pinnacle Club and the entire people of Oyo and Oke Ogun axis, comprising of 14 local government councils have commended the Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde for his continued efforts towards upgrading and improving all the Higher Institutions of Learning in the area.
The club made gave the appreciation in a resolution at the end of their monthly meeting held in Oyo town on Monday.
The resolution was signed by the president of the Club, Asiwaju Debo Omotosho and the Secretary, Elder Oluwole Olakojo.
The Club appreciated Makinde for the establishment of the College of Agriculture at Iseyin, upgrading of Emmanuel Alayande College of Education to University of Education and improvement of the Oke Ogun Polytechnic to attract more courses for accreditation amongst others.
The Club also congratulated Makinde on his reelection and promised their unalloyed support towards his administration.
