Oyebamiji felicitates Osun Christians, preaches love, unity At Christmas

Gubernatorial Candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC in the forthcoming governorship election in Osun State, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO) has extended heartfelt felicitations to Osun state Christians and Nigerians nationwide on the commemoration of 2025 Christmas celebrations.

Oyebamiji sued for love, unity, tolerance, piousness and harmony as exemplified by Christ and His direct disciples.

AMBO, in a goodwill message to the citizens and residents of the state, described Christmas season as phenomenonal, a period that calls for sober reflection on the past deeds and intentions.

According to him, Christmas is a period to reflect on God’s protection, infinite mercy, favour, blessing and unending joy as symbolised by the birth of Jesus Christ.

Oyebamiji lamented needless socioeconomic adversity being faced by the residents of the state despite humongous resources available to the government, promising better days for all and sundry when he is elected Governor.

In the spirit of celebration, Oyebamiji urged the christians in the state to use the occasion of the festival to extend hands of fellowship to the poor and needy in the society.

“It is with a heart full of joy that I rejoice with our brothers and sisters in Christ in Nigeria, Osun State especially, on the occasion of this year’s Christmas celebration.

“As we are celebrating, let’s imbibe the spirit of love, unity, peace and cohesion as exemplified by the Jesus Christ. Let’s emulate the teachings and preaches that the season represents. Let’s use the festive period to renew our faith in the Lord by engaging in deep spiritual reflection capable of purifying and fortifying us before Him.

“Let’s celebrate with moderation and extend hands of fellowship to our neighbors particularly the needy in our respective societies to reflect the sacrificial love and adoration of Jesus Christ for mankind”, Oyebamiji urged.
