Consolidated Hallmark Holdings appoints Seinde Fadeni as Non-Executive Director
Consolidated Hallmark Holdings Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Plc and the investing public of the appointment of Dr. Seinde Fadeni as Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Dr. Seinde Fadeni joined the Board of Directors of Consolidated Hallmark Holdings Plc on 4th December 2024. He is the founder and serving Managing Director/CEO of GMT Energy Resources Limited, a private indigenous multi-billion Naira company incorporated in Nigeria with offices in Lagos and Port-Harcourt, with an overriding national and global outlook. He is an astute businessman with close to four (4) decades of experience with interests in strategic sectors of the economy including aviation, oil & gas, hospitality, maritime and real estate.
Dr Fadeni sits on the Board of several companies where he brings his wealth of experience to the respective tables in providing strategic direction and leadership including the Nigeria Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO) and Forte Upstream Services Limited where he currently sits as the Chairman respectively. He has also made remarkable impacts on the Board of other companies including Samsung Heavy Industries Nigeria where Total Upstream Nigeria Limited and her partners integrated their EGINA FPSO’s 6 topside modules, BSMEC (Badagry Ship Repair Maintenance Engineering Consortium, Elect & Chosen Limited, and Godsmart Limited.
He graduated from the University of Lagos, where he bagged a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. He has attended various seminars and courses globally, including the Owner/President Management Program by Havard Business School, Leading from the Chair Program at INSEAD and High-Performance Boards at IMD. He is also a member of several professional bodies such as the Institute of Directors (IoD), Nigeria Institute of Management, Institute of Credit Management and Nigeria-British Chamber of Commerce, amongst others.
Dr. Fadeni is a Philanthropist and founder of Chris Alice Foundation, where he awards scholarships to indigent students who excel in their studies. He is also the Chairman of Goldcrest Family Center, a charity organization that cares for widows and their children.
