All 27 Rivers PDP lawmakers loyal to Wike defect to APC
In a fresh twist in the ongoing political drama in Rivers State, 27 members of the State House of Assembly have defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The lawmakers are those loyal to Nyesom Wike, the immediate past governor of the State and current minister of the Federal Capital Territory.
