Tobi Amusan wins Commonwealth gold, sets record
Tobi Amusan, Nigeria’s sprint queen on Sunday, ran a record 12.30 seconds to defend to her Commonwealth gold and set other records in the process.
Amusan becomes the first World Champion to win gold in the event and the first Nigerian athlete to be crowned champion at all levels of athletics in the same year.
