Peter Obi files suit against INEC, Tinubu at tribunal
Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Labour Party, has filed a suit at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, Abuja challenging the declaration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress as the winner by the electoral commission.
The petition is marked CA/PEC/02m/2023 with Obi and the LP as plaintiffs, while the Independent National Electoral Commission, Bola Tinubu, and the APC are the defendant.
