Zenith Bank Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange and the investing public of the retirement of Mr Umar Shuaib and Mr Dennis Olisa from the board of the bank with effect from December 28, 2022.
This follows the expiration of their tenure of office as Executive Directors.
