YCYW pays condolence visit to Pa Fasoranti, says justice must be served
The leadership of the Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide (YCYW) on Sunday, paid condolence visit to Afenifere leader, Pa Reuben Fasoranti whose daughter, Mrs Funke Olakunrin was killed by gunmen along Benin-Ore Expressway on Friday.
The delegation led by the group’s zonal and Ondo State Council head, Hon Sola Olumola, presented a Condolence Letter on behalf of the Council to Pa Fasoranti, with a demand that justice be done to deter further occurrence.
“We hope justice will be done to stop further killings. The perpetrators should be fished out and dealt with forthwith. May our prayers help comfort the Fasoranti and Olakunri Families and hasten the journey of her soul to Heaven,” said Mr. Lawal Tosin, Ondo State Council chairman.
“May our Lord bless and comfort both families during this time of grief. Please accept our sincere condolences.
“Again, we extend our deepest Sympathies to the immediate family of Mrs Olakunri during this period of mourning.”
