Wema Bank Plc has unveiled plans to reward customers as it celebrates its 81st anniversary alongside the 9th anniversary of its digital platform, ALAT.
The bank, coming up with different ideology from its 80th anniversary in 2025, Wema Bank is determined to mark this year anniversary by giving back to its customers. According to the statement released by the bank, this year anniversary celebration features rewards for customers on the ALAT App in celebration of ALAT at 9 as well as rewards for Wema Bank customers.
Wema Bank reiterated that, unlike its 80th anniversary in 2025, this year’s celebration would focus on giving back to customers, in line with its theme, “Your Future of Possibilities, Powered by Wema Bank.” It would also launch a specialized customer success initiative dedicated to assist customers to develop and build the future of their dreams.
The bank also disclosed plans to introduce a customer success initiative aimed at supporting various segments, including students, businesses, working-class women and creatives, with tailored opportunities and strategic guidance.
Commenting on the development, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Moruf Oseni, said, “The world is rapidly evolving. Digital evolution and emerging technologies continue to present newer opportunities and realities.”
