Nigeria’s apex court, the Supreme Court has voided the conviction and 12-year prison sentence handed down to former governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu.
An Appeal Court had found Orji Uzor guilty of corruption and embezzlement and he was sent to 12 years in prison.
