Supreme Court verdict: Osun pensioners congratulate Adeleke

Osun state chapter of Nigeria Union of Pensioners have congratulated the executive governor of the state, Ademola Adeleke on the success recorded at the Supreme Court, which validated him as duly elected governor of the state in July 16th 2022 governorship election.
This was contained in a release issued and signed by its chairman and secretary, Prince Ganiyu Salawu and Comrade Dele Aina, respectively.
According to the release, the pensioners union attested to the fact that the judiciary has vindicated the masses by affirming their vote casted for the candidate of their choice as the governor of the state.
Osun NUP also rejoiced with the citizens of the state for their labour in electing governor Ademola Adeleke was not in vain.
The union averred that affirming the election of governor Adeleke by the apex court is the best thing to happen to “our democracy in the country.”
Osun pensioners also applauded the doggedness of governor Ademola Adeleke for upholding the welfare of the aged citizens in the state since he came to power, adding that he should not relent in his oars to uplift the welfare of the entire citizenry in the state.
They urged the people of the state to rally support for the administration of governor Adeleke in his bid to take Osun out of the shackle of poverty.
