Soldiers recover 1,671 PVCs, ballot papers in a Lagos apartment
Nigerian soldiers of 9 Brigade, Lagos, on Wednesday, recovered 1,671 Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) from an apartment in the Olodi-Apapa area of the sate.
According to Eons Intelligence, three people were arrested in the apartment, while the main suspect was said to be on the run.
The troops also recovered ballot papers, cutlasses, and Indian hemp from the apartment.
