Portugal, on Thursday, defeated the Super Eagles of Nigeria 4-0 in Lisbon. 

The European power house scored two goals in each half to hand a helpless Nigerian side, which capped off their uninspiring performance with a penalty miss, their umpteenth defeat since the appointment of Jose Peseiro as coach.
