The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the forthcoming Osun State election, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji, popularly known as AMBO, has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the occasion of his 74th birthday.
Oyebamiji extended warm felicitations to the President, commending him for what he described as efforts to build a strong and sustainable economy through the implementation of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
In a statement he personally signed and made available to journalists in Osogbo on Sunday, Oyebamiji described Tinubu as a rare phenomenon, an enigmatic leader and an unassuming trailblazer whose decades of experience in both private and public service have positively impacted society.
He praised the President’s commitment, dedication and compassion in efforts to reposition the country’s socio-economic fortunes, expressing confidence in his administrative capacity and political acumen to build a stronger nation.
Oyebamiji also acknowledged Tinubu’s leadership record and achievements as a Senator, former Governor of Lagos State, and now President of Nigeria, noting that his leadership qualities continue to inspire many within his political movement.
“On behalf of my family, I warmly celebrate and rejoice with His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, on the occasion of his 74th birthday anniversary,” he said.
“I salute Mr President for building a nation of our collective dreams as manifested in the developments and progress recorded since his assumption of office.”
He described Tinubu as an indefatigable leader, mentor and benefactor who has remained a source of inspiration to many.
“As a student under your socio-political tutelage, your contributions to political and democratic development remain unmatched. You have continuously served as a guiding light and pathfinder for many of us,” Oyebamiji stated.
The APC governorship candidate said he joined members of the President’s family, political associates and admirers across the world in celebrating him on the occasion.
He prayed that Allah would grant the President continued wisdom, good health and long life as he continues to lead the nation.
