JUST IN: Presidential tribunal to deliver judgment on Atiku, Obi’s petitions Sept 6
The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) has fixed September 6 to deliver judgment on the petitions filed by Peter Obi of the Labour Party and Atiku Abubakar of the PDP challenging the election of Bola Tinubu.
The registrar of the court of appeal Umar Bangari, confirmed the date on Monday.
