In Port Harcourt, the company recently sponsored the annual inter-house sports competition at Community Primary School, Ogbunabali. The event was bolstered with logistics support, including canopies, while trophies were presented to top-performing houses. Speaking at the event, a community liaison representative encouraged pupils to remain disciplined and focused, stressing the company’s commitment to nurturing both their academic and physical development.
The firm also hosted senior secondary students from Bloombreed Schools at its regional office along the Eastern Bypass. The visit featured a safety briefing followed by interactive technical sessions designed to expose the students to career opportunities in engineering and construction. A guided tour of the facility allowed participants to engage directly with professionals across various departments and gain firsthand insight into modern construction operations.
Earlier in the year, Julius Berger sponsored joint inter-house sports competitions for multiple schools across the state.
