Osun PDP suspends guber primary over national crisis, says Adeleke may dump party

The Osun State chapter of Nigeria Union of Pensioners (NUP), has commended  Ademola Adeleke, governor of the state, for priotising the welfare of the pensioners and the entire workforce in the state.

In a statement issued by the Prince Ganiyu Salawu and Comrade Dele Aina, its chairman and secretary, the union thanked governor Adeleke for sticking to his promise of paying half salaries owed by the previous administration.

Osun NUP eulogised the state governor and his team for living up to the expectations of the citizenry in the state.

It added that Governor Adeleke could be best described as ” Mr. talk and Do” for he had kept his promise of half salaries payment.

” The pensioners union in Osun state passionately appreciate Mr. Governor for keeping his promise of half salaries payment, we are indeed grateful for this and like Oliver twist, hereby asking for more,” the statement said.

“It’s our collective believe that, Mr. Governor will live up to the expectations of the masses in the state by giving more dividend of democracy to all and sundry.

“We are equally congratulating His Excellency on the occasion of his 100 days in office, praying for more strength and wisdom to do exploit in office.”
