Geregu Power Plc has declared a final dividend of N9 to its shareholders for the year ended 31 December 2025.
The Company reported revenue of N184.936 billion for the 12 months period, up by 34.87% from N137.127 billion revenue reported in 2024 year end.
Profit after tax of N27.25 billion was achieved for the year under review, down by 0.64% from N27.43 billion profit reported the previous year.
Earnings per share of Geregu Power stands at N10.90.
