CIG Motors has launched a nationwide promotional campaign tagged “May Splash,” offering discounted prices on selected vehicles, flexible auto-financing options, and expanded dealership opportunities across Nigeria.
The campaign, which runs from May to June 2026 or while stock lasts, covers selected models across Wuling, GAC and JMC brands. It is being promoted through the company’s designated online portal and authorised dealership network.
As part of the initiative, the company introduced its CIG EasyPay financing platform in partnership with financial institutions. The scheme allows eligible customers to begin vehicle ownership with down payments starting from about ₦3 million, depending on the vehicle model and financing arrangement.
According to the company, the financing structure is designed to improve access to vehicle ownership for salary earners, small business owners, transport operators, and ride-hailing drivers, among others.
CIG Motors said the integration of financing options into the promotional campaign reflects efforts to make new vehicles more accessible in Nigeria’s market, where full upfront payments remain a key barrier for many buyers.
Under the promotion, the GAC Aion Y electric SUV is priced at a discounted pre-order rate of ₦36 million, down from ₦40 million. The Wuling Bingo EV is listed at ₦23 million, while the Wuling Yep EV is priced at ₦25.5 million.
For petrol-powered vehicles, the Wuling XC250 is offered at ₦22 million. The Wuling N111 Cargo and Mini Shuttle variants start from ₦13 million, targeting commercial transport operators, logistics firms, and small and medium-sized enterprises.
The JMC Vigus 1 pickup truck is also included in the promo, with a listed price of ₦36 million, positioned for commercial and utility use.
The company said the campaign is aimed at supporting growing demand for affordable mobility solutions, electric vehicles, and commercial transportation options, while also strengthening its dealership and aftersales network across the country.
CIG Motors noted that the initiative is also intended to expand its national distribution footprint and deepen partnerships within Nigeria’s automotive and mobility sector.
The company added that it continues to invest in vehicle sales, assembly, financing partnerships, and aftersales services as part of its broader expansion strategy in the Nigerian market.
The “May Splash” campaign is currently available through authorised CIG Motors dealerships nationwide.
