The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting Lafia, Nasarawa State capital, has sacked Abdullahi Sule, governor of the state and declared David Ombugadu, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), as winner of the governorship election.
Two of the justices, during their ruling on Monday, said Ombugadu won the election, while one judge dissented.
